Berjaya Beau Vallon Bay Resort & Casino, Beau Vallon (Mahe)

I had a lovely stay at the hotel, enjoying its proximity to the beach and excellent service from the staff. The room was spacious and well-maintained, although the cleanliness could have been improved a bit. Dining options were varied, but some food was a bit hit or miss. The pool facilities were great for relaxation, though there were some issues with Wi-Fi connectivity. Overall, it was a pleasant experience with some room for improvement.

My stay at Berjaya Beau was a mixed bag. On the positive side, the service I received from Mr. Prem Singh Lohar was nothing short of outstanding, making me feel welcome and secure throughout my visit. The view from the resort was breathtaking, especially looking out over Beau Vallon beach. However, the hotel itself feels dated and needs significant upgrades. The bathrooms were quite small, and the internet connection was almost nonexistent, which was frustrating. Overall, while I appreciated the great service and location, the condition of the hotel left a lot to be desired.

I had a beautiful honeymoon experience at this hotel, enjoying the peaceful beach and tasty meals. The cleanliness of the rooms and availability of vegetarian food were definite highlights. However, the Wi-Fi could be better, and I would recommend arriving only after check-in time as early check-in is not an option.
